Course Description
This course is open to students in grades 7 to 12 at any level of experience. One-on-one instruction caters to the particular needs of each student. Students may enter in either semester and may take the course multiple times.
The course includes:
- Instruction in a variety of disciplines, including drawing, painting, and sculpture, with emphasis on an awareness of visual laws.
- Examination of masterpieces.
- Discussions in art history and theory.
- Group critique of student work.
- Preparing work for display.
- Schedules permitting, visits to museums and galleries.
The instructor has not set a minimum or maximum number of students for this course.

· Bachelor of Fine Arts, University of Minnesota, 1983, emphasis in painting and drawing.
· US Navy (retired), 25+ years of active service.
· Wife: Maureen Gregory of Pearl Lake, MN.
· Children: Corinne, Megan, Avery.
